I am looking at a 1998 355 F1 Spyder with 32,000 miles. The major service was just done at 30,000 miles and he spent $7,000 on it at the Ferrari dealer, but is there anything I should be weary of about a 30K mile ferrari. The gentleman that owns it is the second owner, and has owned since 2002, so I feel o.k. about it. I know the leather over the airbag will need to be pulled
and fixed, but I figure a car that is 10 yrs old will need some maintanence. I have just heard that 355's are expensive to keep up and running....

    Any help would be great

    Thanks in advance.

I would still have an independent PPI done for piece of mind...........a few hundred bucks can save you a few thousand bucks.

Also keep about 10k in the kitty at all times for any unexpected issues.

Other than that you will love it............
