    I have an opportunity to purchase a set of wheels from a 575, which I would be installing on my 550. These wheels are the stock wheels for the 575, not the optional modular wheels.

    The seller has indicated that the wheels are 18 inch wheels, but I was under the impression that the stock wheel on the 575 was a 19. Does anyone out there know if a 5 spoke 18 inch wheel was offered?

    Also, can anyone confirm if these wheels can serve as a direct bolt-on replacement for the 18 inch wheels on a 550?

    18" wheels were standard on the 575
    19" wheels were a stand alone factory option or part of the the GTC option

    The seller is correct. The optional modular wheels are 19".

    And yes, either set is a direct bolt on to your 550.

    Thanks for the replies.

    Saw the wheels, but they were a little more beat up than I would have liked. I'm looking into the cost of refinishing them before proceeding.

    John--glad you like the GL. Although winter has been pretty mild thus far, I'm sure it'll come in handy soon. Enjoy it.
