First - are they the same as the non 60th just with a sticker on the doors and hood saying they are 60th?

Second - I can only seem to find them in the red and black, not that there is anything wrong with these two but are there any others?

Third - Is there any differences in the paint? I have noticed that some others like the 430 discussed in another thread has a different “metallic” red to it then the non 60th anniversary edition.

I can't speak to all of it...

However, the 60th cars do appear to be just base F50s with decals. I have not seen an any version with metallic paint (yet). As far as I know, there are just the red, yellow, black and silver from hotweels and I've not seen the 60th decals on a yellow or silver car - only on the red and black. Not a lot of help, I know, but at least you don't have to worry about the metallic red paint...
