Hi i'm David i'm 181cm long skinny and my weight averages from 58 to 64kg i don't have alot time to go the the gym or anything i eat regular. Walk about and hour every day, do pushups and some weights before sleeping also don't drink alot and i'm not a smoker. One of the things is to be fit and another thing is i have Pectus Excavatum and want to hide it a bit with training. So that a bit of me, any advice on what to expand a little training i can do at home?

    Thanks

    Hi David,

I am your same height but weigh 78kg. The way I work out is with turbulence training, workouts which are high intensity but rarely over 30mins in length. I have built my chest up considerably doing chin ups, all you need is a horizontal bar which can be purchased quite cheaply, or even go down to the local football field and use the goals (I did this for a while before I bought my own).

I wouldn't work out before going to bed. Your body is slowing down and relaxing, no need to pump yourself up. I work out generally before dinner or lunch.

You can also do tricep dips at home very easily using your sofa or a chair. See how here - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m8uLYEDHlNE&feature=related

In addition to this, keep doing push ups and sit ups. Try doing this as a circuit. Set yourself a challenging number of chin ups and do that, then dips, then push ups. See how you go from there and you can add/subtract exercises according to your ability.
