    I am not too crazy about the F1 gearbox and rather shift my own gears. Also, does anyone know if the just released 599 GTB be available with a manual as well?

    The 612 is definitely available with a 6-speed.

    I assume the 599 will be as well, although I have heard nothing definitive. Didn't Luca di Montezemolo once say that they would always offer a manual transmission as long as he was around?

    The first one I ever saw on the street had a six speed. I have pictures somewhere.
