Question on Carbon Fiber Race Package (CRPK)

+1 on the question...is this package new for 2017? I didnt see it when ordering...my car is in route and not happy about the un expected price increase, so if the are going to charge me new base price, i should bennifit from option packages that save money....holding my breath!

The UK 2016 "options price list" includes all the cf items individually, but I have heard that Ferrari are now offering the cf racing package for 2017. Am keen to know what the saving is.

The carbon fiber packages were introduced May, 2016. There is an external and internal carbon fiber package. The external package (CFEP) costs $30,372. The internal package costs $15,185.

The external package (CFEP) includes he following:

- CF front spoiler
- CF sill cover
- CF side air splitter
- CF rear air ducts
- CF rear diffuser with fog lamps

The internal package (CRPK) includes the following:

- CF drivers zone plus LED's
- CF dashboard inserts
- CF tunnel bridge

While the internal carbon fiber racing package does not include the racing seats, you still must order the seats (either Goldrake - RSCG or Daytona - RSCD) in order to purchase the carbon fiber racing package. To be clear, the internal package does not include the CF upper tunnel (CITZ), the CF door panels (CIPZ) or the CF door sills kicks (CISK).

Neither the external or the internal package includes the CF engine cover and lining (CEL2).

With each package, there is a savings of thousands of dollars if you add-up the alacarte elements compared to the package. Still, you can't exchange options in either package. I'm amazed that dealers don't inform buyers of this. I hope this helps.

No worries. We should also point out that on Spiders the packages are the same. Therefore, if you want all of the exterior CF, you will need to add "carbon fiber b-pillar trim" (CERF) for $3616.

 

I actually have the options deck and price list for the GTB and I can post a couple pages. I don't have the info on the spider.

 

A quick comparison and looks like both interior and exterior packages save aprox $3k usd ....so not a huge deal...

It's a few thousand that you don't need to spend if properly informed.

 

I agree and i was not, but to my salesmans defense, neither was he....i didnt get the rear diffuser, i got ft spoiler, sill cover, air splitters, rear air ducts for 22.5k

The Daytona is usually the premium option, so I would expect it to be more expensive.

Does anyone have the latest UK price list?

Thank you, he sent it to me...the option list was idenitical to mine with exception to the racing seat and the addition to the interior and exterior carbon fiber packages...his sheet is based on a spider, does anyone have a Gtb 2017 option sheet??

Options are the same price for spider and GTB. All are similar to 2016 prices except the base price of the car which is a 10k bump in the USA.
