    Although my 2017 488 is clearly past this 7 year free servicing period, when I open the service menu in the left hand screen, it is informing me that my next free service is due in 69 days.

    Anyone know why this is please?

    The car had it's 7th service earlier this year

    Hi,

    Look at it this way, just because the " free service " term is expired, doesn't mean the car doesn't still need servicing.
    The car will still remind you.
    Also, there is a possibility ( in USA ) to purchase Main Power15 ( Power warranty + next years service included )
    The car doesn't know as much as you do
    ;-)

    Yes all goods points. I was just hoping maybe that my next service was also going to be free, I live in hope.
