I just received my most recent oil analysis from Blackstone laboratories and it had one finding that I don't understand, in that it had 2% fuel mixed in the oil thus reducing the viscosity and flashpoint. I don't know if this is a harmful finding that would cause any damage or issues in the future to the engine. All of the wearmetals appear to be well within normal range. The oil analysis is shared below if needed.
When I drive the car I drive it for over 30 minutes fully warmed up normal driving with occasional high revs during the drive, etc. and then put it back in garage when finished. I have used Techron fuel cleaner about every 3rd tank or so. Car runs fine no CEL's no Codes. It has had a tune by Mase engineering and runs fine. It is a 2012 458 Spider. 35500 miles 16-18 MPG The oil usage has not changed as long as I have owned the car, neither rising or falling level on dipstick,
Any ideas why there would be fuel contamination in the oil causing the reduction of the above mentioned issues. All the other parameters in the oil are well within normal limits. Any insight on this issue appreciated.
I used to have an aircraft that I did oil analysis on and never saw any fuel contamination in those oil samples and the tolerances are extremely loose compared to the Ferrari engine. Thank you in advance The oil doesn't rise on the dipstick. How can fuel be getting into the oil? Should I have compression testing done when changing plugs coming up? If this post should be in Technical Forum please accept my apologies. If so I can move it. Thanks again for your help.

Before I give some insight - you may want to have moderators remove PDF so you can cross out name / address etc and then re-post - just a thought
Direct injection engines tend to have higher fuel dilution than normal port injection
First step - call blackstone and see if fuel % on other lower mileage 458's have same % or is yours higher - make sure they look up the right engine ( at least engine family)
If only yours is high .. it can be short cold low rpm trips ( but you did mention that you don't do that) ..it can be a leaking injectors as well
Carbon is a problem in these engines ..
There a few ways to attack the carbon build-up . search on ferrarichat
to answer you question .. fuel is coming from the injectors into the sides of cylinders and washing down in oil
First . IMHO - the fuel injector cleaner you are using is pretty much not doing much - i would stop that and try a method ( not just an additive in tank) that is used to clean injectors and valves in a DI engine - I think
    Il Co-Pilota had some success

Also I see your fuel dilutions were only TR the last time around - did you do the tune after that oil change .. that could be another reason

Dom, Thanks. I asked moderators to remove the PDF. The tune was done after the the first oil change. I'll look into injector cleaning etc.

Your tune ( guessing here) could have changed fuel injector timings / pulse etc which would may or may not have caused extra fuel to be dumped in cylinder and down into oil
    - another question to MASE .. so you have two questions to ask before moving to next possible step
