questions about ordering new Scuderia

If you had the means - and you wanted to purchase a Scuderia (order a new car with your specs)from your local dealer. - What steps would you take in this economy? Ex: would you pay over sticker? How long / how little would you wait?

This will be my first time purchasing a Ferrari ....so assuming the dealer is difficult . . .what should I have to do to make this purchase? What's everyone's guess on fair price?

Also .. . .what are MUST have options?

One final question - - has anyone had trouble getting their vehicled serviced at the local dealer - because they've bought cars off Ebay / other states / etc...?
