I posted this on http://www.luxury4play.com/l4p-racing/27506-questions-about-motor-sport-country-club.html . But if I remember right, they were a sponsor here, so maybe they look here more often.

I have been looking into The Motor Sport Country Club for about a year now. I have a friend that is a member. I talked to Mike Bergren at a Car Show at Dave Co Liquors. Then I talked to Mike Magree at the Denver Auto Show. I have also talked to Claus at the party inside the museum in November. I have also recieved a copy of membership package. I seen this site as you are a sponsor.

Every person on staff that I have talked to has given me a different story or take to my questions. So I am asking more in public to get the real scoop.

I have been told that this is a private facility for members only, but then also told that their will be some public days. What is it? It does not mention either in the membership packet. If it is private, why is there not anything to protect members from losing their investment and becoming public time?

I understood that you had to get 50 founding members by June 1, 2009. I have read up, after your Barrett-Jackson event, you claimed to have just over 10 remaining. It doesn't make sense to me how you got so many members quickly then it died off all of a sudden. My understanding was that if you got 50 founding members by June 1, you had a commitment through a bank to finance part of the club, if you have not achieved this, is the bank reliquishing financing as times has changed? Also, heard a rumor that the club was going to be fully funded by a Saudi Bank or Businessman, it any of this true? My friend that is a member has not been notified that all 50 have been sold, so I am guessing not all 50 are sold? I asked my friend, but he hasn't heard much in response since he put his deposit down.

I have also asked, when you purchase a founding membership, and you select the land option, when do you receive the title. My answers so far have been that once the master plan has been completed or after the first track is built. If this is the case, what guarantee do I have that I will get the 35 acres as the club has the possiblity of struggling through these financial times. Most real estate transactions I have done, when I pay my balance I get a title.

Also, doing some research in Elbert County (http://www.elbertcounty-co.gov/uploa...try%20Club.doc) sounds like only 20 buildings can be built. How many home sites are allowed?

What club house is being built? The better part of the time that I have seen information, the made focus was the space shuttle looking clubhouse, is that no longer in the plans?

I understand this is a "fluid" project as I have been told, but for the price of a membership, I feel certain questions are in order to protect myself. But it seems like every time I view your website, it has changed. And thats on a week to week basis, even when the site was The Ring of the Rockies.

Also looking up in the county. It still looks like the property is owned by Sylvester not by The Motor Sport Country Club or principles. And nothing under contract by public records. What protects me so that the owners of The Motor Sport Country Club don't walk away with my money?

Since the property looks like it isn't owned by MSCC, when would construction begin? I have heard it was to start late spring, summer, then June 1, when is it projected now?

Why was this particular spot of land chosen? Most of the land on the plains east of Denver are flat, including Agate.

I also heard that Genoa Motorsports Park (Genoa Motorsports Park - Colorado Race Track) has recently gained more members and is to, close to breaking ground. Is the 50 member and back up list marketing ploys against each other?

The events I have seen The Motor Sport Country Club put together have been impressive, but is that where all the money is being spent? I have thought that once you marketed out of state, that it made the whole concept stronger, but the puzzle seems to have many missing or hidden pieces.

Also, in one email it said that all permits except for the runway have been obtained. With Elbert County's trouble with runways and private airstrips, is the plan to still to include this?

Wehn I talked to the friend that is a member, he mentioned that all he submitted was his deposit and a registration form, that the other papers weren't signed by both sides. Why? Makes me more leary.

Thank you in advance for your time in addressing my questions.
