Questions w/ 612 Head unit

Hey guys, I picked up my 06 612 and the previous owner did not take the option for the Navigation. I was surfing eBay today and binge bought a OEM Ferrari California NAV head unit. The price was really good, so I just bought it.

The seller did say that he was not able to pull the NAV antenna or the mic from the original Ferrari. I figured these could be purchased and wouldnt cost too much?

From what I understand, its a double-din size (like my 612), so the fitment should be fine. Question for you guys

1) Will I be able to hook this up to my car? (power, etc)
2) Will this throw any error codes to my 612?

I've seen aftermarket units installed in the 612 (like Pioneer, Kenwood). So, why would this be any different?

I'm not much of a stereo techie, so any opinions/advice would be GREATLY appreciated!
