Anyone know how I can secure this button? It's a blank as far as I can tell. Also, the exterior temp reads 2 degrees...but, it's about 77 out today. Any thoughts? Help me, if possible. Thanks guys. Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk
It is just a press fit with plastic prongs on either side holding it in. Removed by prying it out with a screwdriver or trim tool. Is it loose when you push it in? You may need to feed the wires in a bit more so they do not try to push it out. Otherwise, you can probably shim up the prongs with something (toothpicks, plastic shim) to give them a bit more bite. If the prongs are broken, switches are available new or used on E-Bay all the time.
