Hi all, i have a 2nd generation iPod shuffle, http://www.techdigest.tv/images/images/ipod-shuffle-second-generation.jpg My question, for some reason, i can't seem to sync any songs into my shuffle. This thing has been going around for a while, i tried to reformat it and it works after that. Today however, i've tried practically everything. Reformat, switch cables with my cousin, restart my iTunes, restart the iPod, but i just can't seem to sync the songs. Each time i drag it and sync it, the light changes colour and flick a bit to indicate that it's syncing, just like normal. However, when i use the iTunes to play the songs that i just synced in, nothing happens. Same thing when i use my headphones and press play. Nothing. Any idea whats the issue? Also, lets assume that the iPod is dead, i was browsing through the latest generation of iPod shuffle, and with the voice feature and remote control thing, is there a way, assuming i purchase this iPod, for me to use another headphone? I hate the standard iPod earphones, it just doesn't fit my ears. So, lets say i get this new iPod, would i be able to use my Sony headphones? Thanks in advance.
