    does anyone understand why go karts and open wheel race cars run great with a super quick steering ratio of 1/2 turn 180deg lock to lock and road/track cars dont??????

    I would think it's a combination or either #1 wieght , the stregnth of the gears , might limit size? #2 just how bad "handling" can get might mean there needs to be more room when things are really bad ?
