Nope, doesn't look like Bangalore to me. Besides, I don't think they have uniforms over there. I think that is the Dell part fulfillment center, not the call center.

I am really getting sick of you complaining all the time when one of your thread gets merged. THe first time Darth merged your thread a few weeks ago, you made a big fuss about it in the members only section. Yesterday I merged a thread, after you reposted something someone else posted before. I don't see a problem with that. We are doing our jobs. I try to merge most of the things that come accross as repost. See the "mini" video thread, I merged it 4 times. But guess what, not a single member complained. I and other moderators merge things, not because we have a personal vandetta against members, but because we like to keep the board a bit tidy.

Why is it, when something is done with your threads you start crying like this for days on end? Are you suffering from the Jimmy540 syndrome? Do you need more attention than you are being given?

I would ask that you respect what the moderators here do. We spend time here keeping everything in order. None of us are perfect. But please spare me the nonsense, that I single you out and merge your threads, when I merged 1 thread of yours while I have been here.

We are not in grade school. If you don't like something I did, please take it up with Rob, and file a complaint. If your complaints are valid, I am sure Rob will see that I lose my moderatorship, and that is fine by me, if your complaints are valid.

Do not accuse us of being on some kind of powertrip. I don't have the time nor the energy to look at all your posts and merge everything all day and night. I don't sit here and plot the next time I will be able to merge your threads. I might not have much to do, but my day is not so boring, that I have to sit here and plot how to "ruin Carbon's day."

I would appreciate if you kept your crying/complaining private and make them with the boss. Questioning the mods every move, when it has something to do with you, is utterly ridiculous and uncalled for.

I treat everyone on the board the same. I don't merge your thread, because I hate you (contrary to popular belief) and I don't not merge someone's thread because I like them. Rules are rules, and I am as even handed as can be.

Lastly, if you got something to say to me straight, step up to the plate and just say it. Don't hint around and make posts like this with hidden meanings and agendas. Lets keep it simple ok?

i guess i forgot to put a smiley in my post; i apologize... i don't have a hard on for you (contrary to popular belief) and i didn't even know that it was you who merged my thread; i thought it was Dave, thus today's crack was a friendly jab at him... More importantly, though, if i had something to say, i'd say it; i've done it before and will probably do it again...

Lastly, i take offense to the 'crybaby' comments - that's really exuding moderator qualities... Even if my initial post in this thread WAS a crack at you, you should take it with a grain of salt - i take your cracks in other threads all in good fun. However, if it's more than jocularity in your tone, i'll extend you the same courtesy you've extended me: if you got something to say to me straight, step up to the plate and just say it.
