... original damaged on MA pothole, cracked when repair attempted necessitating a replacement.

I know the answer but wandered if anyone here would get close to the actual price.

I'm going to take a wild guess. Brand new, buying from Ferrari, how about $2,500?

I'm impressed that no-one is under so far - that does make me feel a little better :)

1700 USD is the magic number - but apparently the rears are more expensive. Perhaps this is a real "bargin" and I shouldn't be worried. I now need to see whether I can reclaim this as roadway damage from the state of MA. I know its "possible" but I fully expect that a policy to not pay for Ferrari wheels might be out there...

You should just be grateful that the Commonwealth "let" you own that car ;)... I'm sure there are plenty of bureaucrats smacking their lips to redistribute all of those resources to a new 'clean needle' program!

My wife kerbed and bent a front wheel last week. UK price £895 +17.5% vat! Eight weeks delivery time and Ferrari want photographic evidence that the wheel is damaged first.

Her first drive, and not used to the width (of the car!) and so kept too close to the kerb to avoid oncoming traffic. In future she wants to stick to driving her bus aka Mercedes SL.

In Maryland, you need to report the pothole when you damage the car, even on the weekend. If the hole is not repaired within, 48hrs or some time period, they pay for the damage, if it is repaired you are SOL.

    Good luck!

What are you going to so with the ruined wheel? I always thought a ruined Ferrari wheel would make a great hose reel.
