Goodmorning all, This is probably a dumb question but I had my car out of the garage yesterday and was messing around with the switches on the console while it warmed up. The AC fan switch works great but when I flip the fan switch on the console I cannot hear or feel any air comming out of any vents. Exactly what does this switch do? Why two switches for the same system? Do the heater controls need to be in a certin position for this to run? The rumble of the exhaust my have drown out any sound that I might have been able to hear, other than this item everything is GREAT!

There are separate fans for the AC and the Heater. The toggle switch should run Heater Fans 65 (as shown in the figure from your OM):
    Image Unavailable, Please Login

Your OM shows that the same 16A fuse is used for the AC system and the Heater Fans (so, since your AC fan works, that seems to indicate the fuse/fuseblock is OK). You might check to see if the Heater Fans are plugged in -- sometimes, if some front spoiler work is done, this gets overlooked. Otherwise, measure the voltage at the Heater Fan motor connectors when you turn the toggle switch "on" (with key "on") -- if it goes to a non-zero voltage value, but the fans don't run = bad sign for the fan motors; if the voltage just stay zero = bad sign for the wiring/connections.

PS You also might want to clean out the bugs ;) and cut new filters 67 for the heater radiator boxes 66.
