I believe SuperFormance offers the euro grilles
bitsobrits is correct https://www.superformance.co.uk/308/fittings.html copied and pasted from site: Front Radiator Grille The grille is cut from 6-series aluminum to maintain structural integrity. We have matched the round leading edge and bevelled the trailing edge to the factory original. The vertical uprights are installed and crimped as per the original grilles. All grilles are hand-finished and assembled with close attention paid to maintaining small details and exacting standards. (308: QV)
When I converted my US QV to Euro QV, I had a choice of either a silver grill which is original to the Euro or a black grill, After thinking about it for a while I decided to go with the black grill as it matches the two fender louvers and the front hood/bonnet louvers. I waited & waited for grills to be in stock, & finally decided that if I wanted one, I'd have to do it myself. I used a water jet to cut out enough stock to make two+ U.S.-style grills (3 horizontal bars) that fit cars with a Euro bumper, but since I haven't screwed it up yet, it looks like I'll have an extra. There's more work in shaping these than you'd think, including the "bevel" edge that isn't really visible after the grill is mounted. But I wanted it to be correct. I'm also making new mounting brackets since I noticed my factory grill was "bent" slightly to fit the lower curve of the opening, and I decided to move them slightly to allow the 2 lower bars be perfectly straight. Surprisingly, the factory grills aren't 100% symetrical, which I found out the hard way & had to re-make a few pieces that WERE perfect, but didn't fit. Considering the finish now... I don't know if I will go with an anodized finish or a silver powdercoat. Whatever is closer to factory, I suppose. Since I will have 2, I might do one each way and compare them. I'm very confident these will be better quality than the originals. If this goes well, I may make a true Euro (4 bar) grill with and/or without the provision for the passing lights. I've built several grills now for other people, and they've turned out very nice with a silver powder coat finish. Image Unavailable, Please Login The latest is a fully polished finish. I think this is what I'll put on my own car. Image Unavailable, Please Login I'll also have a black powder coat version soon.
Currently $750 USD plus shipping for the powder coat version. It comes with new brackets (the other guys charge extra), which you may or may not need.
