Does anyone make a set of cam locks for doing the belt changes on a QV? Birdmans contact the last time I emailed him only had a set avialble for the 2V which has a wider space behind the cam gears and it wont work on my QV.

I could make my own I guess out of wood but would really like a proper set for the tool box.

Has anyone made up drawings for the wooden set if I have to go that route?

there really is much made about this simple object.
i made mine from an old 3/8" thick teflon cutting board and a screw.
just cut the board to the width of the gear and the distance between the two cams.
one for the top, one for the bottom.
hold a straight edge and mark where the screw will pass through then drill.

Tatcat is right. No magic here. I took a scrap of wood and spent 15 seconds on the bandsaw to make a couple of wedges and used a wood screw to clamp them together.
