Yesterday after a long fight with cancer we lost Mr Craig Thom, founder of CNC Motors in Ontario. Craig leaves behind a wife of over 40 years, three children and 5 (and counting) grand children. Craig's biggest love was his family. He always put the needs and desires of his family and friends before his own, and this philosophy followed him in his business dealings. Anyone who knew Craig would tell you of his great sense of humor, i will personally miss him ribbing me constantly for being a Kings fan, because he was a huge Ducks Fan. He was one of the most decent and honorable men I have ever had the pleasure to meet. He will be truly missed in the community, my heart and prayers go out to his family and friends at this tragic time.. RIP Mr Thom and God Bless.
I will always love Craig. He was a true man of his word and built this company based off his principals and doing the right thing! He was a great great person and truly cared for everyone and did he he could to help everyone. He never put himself first, he was strict but always looked out for your best interests. I only got to work with him for a short period of time but I learned a lot from him and I will never forget the things he taught me. He helped me grow as a person not only here at CNC but outside of works as well where it counts the most!
This was one great man, I hope I can live my life with the same values as Craig. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family.
I know he had a great impact on you Cam. I am sorry to hear the news of his passing. May he rest in peace. My thoughts are with you and the team at CNC.
My condolences to his family and his team at CNC. I heard nothing but great things about him and his team at CNC. I am sorry to hear this sad news.
How unfortunate to learn of Craig's passing. I had the pleasure of meeting him; albeit only once. He exuded decency, something you can often times just feel without a single word spoken. Thank you, Damian for introducing me to Craig, his impact on this exotic community has not gone unnoticed and is truly respected. Clay, my thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.
I only had a chance to talk to him a couple of times and of course it was about cars. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and seemed like a great guy to me. My condolences to the Thom family and all those at CNC. I'm sure he will be sorely missed.
My condolences. I've only heard good things about CNC, and I'm sure it came Craig and the way he conducts his business.
My very best to his family at this time. I feel very lucky that I was able to spend some getting to know him when I purchased my car from him. We shared stories of what he was going through and I was able to understand....as I lost my Mom earlier this year to a very similar cancer. RIP my friend.
My condolences to the family. He has built a good business that helped a lot of people to find their dream cars.
We only spent a few hours with Craig however he left an everlasting impression. Classy, hard working, smart and overall just a great guy. Hope Clay and Fraser know how much we all respected their father. If we can do anything just pick up the phone.
My sincere condolences to the Clay and the entire Thom family. Very Sorry to hear. RIP and God Bless to all.
