    Oakland's "Mad Bomber" has gone to football heaven. Even as a fan of an opposing team, it was fun to watch him throw long to speedsters like Warren Wells and Cliff Branch. His stats were pretty good, especially in the postseason, even though he couldn't bring a Super Bowl title to Oakland.

    He was one of my first favorites when I was a kid...

    Warren Wells' story is very interesting, he was arrested in the locker room, and never played again.
