Well boyz, here it is. Just in case any of you thought the exotic rental business was all fun and games, it's not. Unfortunately, I got the call I've been dreading the day after Xmas -- my customer was involved in a high-speed accident with the Gallardo. Put a fork in it, because it's done. Because the insurance claim is still pending I can't go into all the details, but suffice it to say that nobody was seriously injured, which, frankly, is amazing and lucky. Also, the car is going to be totaled. Not much more to say. It sucks that this had to happen, but I've known from the start that this is part of the deal, and it wasn't a matter of 'if', but 'when.'. So, who's insurance pays? Is it his insurance, as it is a rental, or is it your insurance? Seems like a lot of exotic rentals are self insured, no? Sorry to hear about the accident... I can't imagine this would do good things to your insurance rate. This too shall pass...

Wow...first of all I hope the shmuck who did that is in one piece. Regardless of how he/she got themselves in a situation to cause that much damage, you still hope that they're uninjured in the end. With that said, I know that you'll take care of this quickly Noah and the folks at LoBC or whatever dealer you choose will find you another G-car ASAP. So sorry to see this happen, but as you mentioned I guess it was inevitable. Keep your head up... On a positive note...Happy New Year my friend.
certainly hurts to see that, noah... but glad to hear your customer was alright after such a serious looking crash. hope insurance matters go smoothly and with minimal interruption to gotham dream cars' operation.
damn.............. thank god he made it out of that alive, its a good good good thing your insurance is as comprehensive as it is noah, great to see you take it so well, chin up, at least now the worst that could happen has happened, and the fact that you foresaw it means you were prepared for it, so hey dont worry, im sure your insurance will pull through best

All I have to say is...WHAT THE ****???! It wasn't raining this week nor was the weather that bad...and the Gallardo has AWD. I do hope his/her insurance company is putting up the money or that he/she is going to get you a new Gallardo. You must explain how this happened after all the insurance issues have been solved.. Glad to hear that nobody got hurt. Like you said, it was just of matter of when, not if it would happen. Sorry to see such a magnificent auto go down in such a manner. I thought I saw this car the other day on a flatbed on I-95 northbound, I even called Rob thinking someone had rented it, only to hear the bad news. Keep your head up, this too shall pass.

Ohhhhhhh, Candi! What did they do to you??? She was so sweet! It really hurts to see any exotic damaged, but to know she was one of our own! Noah, I'm so sad to see this happen. If there's anything I can do, PM me. And I'm darn glad nobody got seriously hurt. That's really pretty amazing considering the damage.

i think if we put a new wheel on the front right and took out the windshield it will still bea tthe 550 good to see your tkaing this so well noah, i am on the verge of tears every night. THATS IT I am getting drunk tonight!
