Ron Tonkin Garage Tour this Saturday 6/20/09 Just a reminder, it's posted in the NW section as well...but this Saturday the 20th is the tour at Ron Tonkin's private museum/warehouse. Open to anyone and everyone....details on where to meet and times below: OK everyone...just finished all confirmations for this tour...everyone is meeting at Cars & Coffee at Bridgeport Village at the normal time of 8am...of course many of us will be late so no worries! LOL The current plan is to depart C&C as a group, we are working on arrangements to keep the group together leaving C&C through local law enforcement simply because the lights are quick and we have to get through 3-4 of them to get on the freeway. We may take an alternate route to the freeway to allow everyone to stay together, this is yet undecided. We will depart at 9:30ish, cutting C&C short by 30 minutes (I'm sure no one will mind!) and drive as a group to the warehouse/museum. Ron Tonkin Sr WILL be on site to answer questions and share some of his knowledge with the group. You do not need to be a member of any group or club to attend, this is open to everyone with a passion for cars! The address and mini maps will be distributed prior to departure in case anyone gets seperated from the group. Looking forward to seeing everyone this weekend as the weather looks promising and judging by the calls I've been getting, C&C could very well have its biggest turn out yet! See you all there!
