R8 GT Spider - Laser Jammer, Satin Guard, Spectra PhotoSync

In Phantom Black, this 2012 R8 GT Spider is quite rare. Only 98 into the USA, the owner of this fine machine decided to fully protect this car as he is expecting to drive it everyday. As a 6 year repeat customer, he had us perform full vehicle protection for his other vehicles, so it was a no brainer to get this done. However, what we are doing with this R8 is comprised of literally everything we offer:

1. Satin Guard - if you are unaware what this product is, just google "Satin Guard" for our other projects. It is a clear / translucent paint protection film (Not Vinyl) that is rated at 8 mils thick that gives what the manufacturer (Prestige Film Technologies - www.prestige-films.com) dubs Dual Tone Technology. This dual tone allows for the film to give off a soft matte finish in low lighting conditions and in direct sunlight to exhibit satin metallic flakes. We have tested other products from other manufacturers and the soft satin sheen is unique to this product only (just ask Kirby!).

2. Spectra PhotoSync - this is a nano transitional window film that produces up to 98.5% of Infrared Rejection (IR). Most conventional window tints only block out 20%-30% of Infrared....even the ceramic tints only produce around 70% of Infrared Rejection.

Here comes the work in progress photos. Let's start off with the 9500Ci installation! First we had to find an appropriate location for the display...we've tried the mirror display, but many of our customers found it a bit annoying when looking at the rearview mirror at nightime (distracting they say). So what better place than this cubby hole. We made a nice little display box that is wrapped in leather to match the surrounding factory leather trim pieces to make it as OEM as possible.

Somewhat tricky to take this car apart, but that is why we bring in the most talented to Premier. If you have multiple cars, then either having a radar detector and / or a laser jammer would be important if you like to drive your cars in a spirited fashion! One ticket will affect your entire policy on a per car basis.
