i just went on www.alpinesignature.com from an ad i saw in autoweek. looks amazing in northeast nj with 3 mile track, elevation changes, run off room for safety. to be run as a country club for track day guys instead of golfers. dues $5k/yr. downside is $50k initiation fee. what does everyone think of this?

ps just got delivery of black hre wheels for my car. look unreal. will post pix soon

the partial deposit looks like a loan to the club ("partially refundable after less than 20 years").
The yearly fee is reasonable, the initiation fee does not seem to be. Include a free spa with massages for the wife, staffed daycare for the kids, use of an auto lift, and I will sign up.
Oh, yeah, move it to California, too.
