Just wanted to pass along the fantastic customer service experience I had with Racer Wholesale, www.racerwholesale.com. I ordered some race gear from them and had the order shipped to my event. When I pulled out the helmet, I noticed it was blemished. There was no way they would have known, it was sealed in the box. Unfortunately, it was the only helmet I had for the event, so I had to use it for a few days. When I got back home, I contacted them, suggested that I'd like to upgrade and pay the small difference, then sent the helmet back. I was expecting the worst and to be told that since I used the helmet, it was all mine. The day after Memorial Day, I received an email that my new, upgraded helmet shipped, with free shipping! These guys rock!
