I was offered a racing kart (non shifter) complete with everything to maintain and run it. Kart is said to be in top condition and the seller is looking for roughly 2 grant.

Let me know if interested. The kart is in Chicagoland.

    Andreas-

    Contact Ed.

He has a customer who rents storage space for his racing karts. Maybe he would be interested in a purchase?

Frank has already a business plan regarding karts in the work. He doesn't need a used kart, but thanks for the thought.

Yes but the carts he's planning on selling are more promotional and not fit for racing. These appear to be more for just some joy riding vs real racing competition.

Well, I will be selling the Formula One style Go Karts. But, Oh no!....these are Not just promotional toys....These are "High End", Very Real Go Karts that will Haul Asssss! There are NOTHING like them here in the U.S.! They are mostly "geared" for 12 years old and up to Adults! 4 Stroke, 110cc Engines. 3 speed Semi-Automatic trans. with Reverse. Push Button Electric Start. Fully independent Front suspension with Disc Brakes. Fully adjustable Steering wheel and much more. Who wants to buy one?.....I have several coming in here in about 3 weeks or so....:)

And I will also be Importing some very cool Racing Karts from Italy.

Also, I may Import some larger Go Karts that also look like F1 cars. They even have a single pop up headlight, just like the ones that are on a 308!

They just made Go Karts Legal to drive on the street in Germany. (Ofcourse, they must have Lights, Brake lights, Turn signals, Horn and license plates on them) And who knows...Maybe with the Gas crunch here, these larger Go Karts can be made Street Legal....:)....We'll see....;) (Although I wouldn't want to try to drive one around in the City or on our local "express"ways.....:( )

Like I said, I am expecting them in, in about 3 weeks. Then I will then post pix and all of the Information about them. Maybe have an Introduction Party or something.... My site will be: www.GrandPrixGoKarts.com

Sure thing, Jerry! I'll be posting pix and everything as soon as they arrive. They are due here in Chicago in about 3 weeks.

Hey, if you want, maybe for the W&W show next year, I can bring out a Go Kart or two with some of my literature. And split the cost of the Booth with you.

I plan on driving my Conversion Van out with my Car in a Trailer, and can put a Go Kart or two in there too. Maybe we can run them down a runway real quick....:)

BTW....I just picked up a new toy while I was out in Arizona... It is just like your Dad's, but all stock. (Wheels, no Tubi) It's a '95, just had all Major Services, but it needs paint and some interior work. I actually bought it very reasonably to fix up and turn around for a profit. But, I just may keep it. If I decide too, I may have to sell my 308....We'll see what happens....:)

It's sitting in one of my Brothers' garage right now with a cover on it. (No, I did not leave any keys down there for it. This particular brother drinks too much....:( ) And my 2 car garage up here is full. That sucks buying a new toy, and not being able to play with it....:(

Absolutely you can bring some carts to the show, that would be great. Cost to you will be very minimal. What color is the 348? Are you giving it a total re-spray?

Congratulations! Good idea, I always thought that the 348 are undervalued because of their rep; 95 sounds like the perfect year. Hope to see her one day.

I'd say the W&W show is the perfect place to show the world your F1 go karts. Glad to see things are on the up with you. Forza Frank!

Thanks, Jerry. It is all Black. In and out. Yes, it will need a total respray. New carpets, Extreme detailing. The seats are good. No rips or excessive wear. They may just need to be flexed a little to look mint. Door panels and dash are O.K. The top is a bit worn. No tears or rips, but I'll probably have to replace it when I paint it so the whole car looks fresh.

Then, if I sell it, will just keep it stock. If I decide to keep it, will put on a Tubi and some nice wheels like your Dad has on his. Maybe some Carbon Fiber bits here and there. I think that Carbon Fiber pieces look great with Black cars.

But, my main reason in buying it was that I got it for practically a steal. (Guy from California buying a house in Scottsdale and needed the money) To fix up and turn it around and get another one and do the same thing. I used to do that with Corvette's, now I want to do it with Ferrari's and Exotic cars. Nothing major-just Cosmetic stuff mostly for right now. But I do have a buddy who is an excellent bodyman. And you can find some really decent cars with minmal body damage, and easy fix for very cheap. We'll see....:)

Congrats Frank and I stand corrected. I didn't think these carts were set up for racing. More for looks and just riding around.

Rick, these Go Karts are going to be a tad over 8 Feet long, and 3 feet wide. And the steering wheel can be adjusted in or out, like a Telescopic Wheel, to accomodate just about any size driver. But they are meant for larger kids, teens and mostly adults. They are pretty fast, too. With 3 forward speeds and a Reverse. No clutch. Fully independent Hydraulic front & rear Suspension with Hydraulic front and rear Disc Brakes. These things are leagues above any regular Go Kart. There are nothing like them in the U.S.

And, I will also be Importing some full Racing Karts from Italy. Those things are little screamers!....:)

I'll let you know when they come in. It will be soon.
