I let my 430 warm up for a couple of minutes before I drive it. Basically just wait for the idle to settle down a bit. I've noticed lately the right front fan comes on after only a minute or so. Runs for a while and turns off again. Car warms up to temp normally (quite fast actually) and has no other issues. I wouldn't have thought a fan would start till up to temp?

Is your Climate Control switch 'engaged'?
In the 360 that means the switch is released as opposed to being pushed in (off).

Ha I think you nailed it thanks, a/c was on. I remember testing fans in my BMW and the trick was to turn the a/c on and the fans started up straight away.
