Does anyone have pictures of, or better yet a pattern of, the rubber pieces that go between the 308 radiator and the frame saddles? I think the actual part number is 107782. Rick
Hi Rick, I realize you have a 308 (radiator saddle P/N 107782) but hopefully these pics from my 328 (saddle P/N 117994) may be helpful as a starting point. On mine the rubber is about 2.8-3.0mm thick except for the bending 'creases' which are only about 1.0mm thick. The left hand and right hand saddles are identical - they are just bent in the opposite direction. You probably could use scrap rubber pieces (inner tube?) cut to fit and layered together as needed using tire patching cement. I have higher res images if you need them - just let me know.
