Radio / No Sound

OK, it happened this morning... BT Audio from my phone was working fine.. then after I stopped to visit a friend, when I started it up there was no sound from the radio.. I tried pushing the left button to make sure I didn't mute it but i got no sound from Bluetooth, radio or phone, yet my phone was connected. Also it keeps asking if I want to connect a device even though my phone is connected... just no sound at all. Can you reset the radio, or is it something simple I'm missing? When I did connect my Bluetooth I changed the device code but it seemed to be happening before that.
