    Any ideas how to prevent the Radio/HD playing every time i start the car? Been through the manual and asked the dealer. Tried everything i can think of, but no luck.

    Any ideas appreciated, and wonder if others have the same issue.

    That annoyed me when I got my car. To prevent it,you have to hold down the volume button until everything shuts off. Simply turning off the volume won't work.

    I think you could also just switch it to "media" if you don't have one connected. I don't think I've ever used the radio on in mine.

    Is the volume button the same as the on off button? It is driving me crazy. Have figured out a lot of things by simply hooking up the battery conditioner, turning on the electronics and pushing buttons. Literally zero help from the manual.

    That's what I did: tender connected,ignition on,beer in hand,play with buttons and knobs.
