    I'm thinking of doing a Ferrari raffle of my 360F1 for FerrariChat members. What do you guys think? Imagine of winning a Ferrari that needs nothing for peanuts... So what do you think?

    Car worth $150k... sell 1000 tickets at $200/ea, make $50k while getting rid of your car at the same time. At least this is how I assume these raffles work. Seem to always be ads for this in European car mags.

    I will find out about any state laws, also this will be a "private raffle" only for FerrariChat members and I hope that it will be ok with FerrariChat website of course.

    I see a lot of people here who don't have a Ferrari and are fans of the mark, a lot of them for many reasons can't afford to buy a 360 Modena or any other Ferrari at this moment. There is a chance for one of them of owning a Ferrari for a few dollars. Also I bet that any Ferrari owner wouldn't mind having one more, right?

    One word of ACTUNG !! Make sure the draw and tickets are done/held/overseen by a reputable firm otherwise you may have people crying foul about who won-why-your friends-he paid you xtra-you get the picture.

    That depends on the amount of tickets that will be made for sale. I'll get on that when I find out if the is possible.

    Check Florida state statute 849.09. I think you will find that a private raffle will be deemed a lottery under this statute and will be illegal.
