Any tips on syncing my 2008 stereo with my iPhone. Either via blue tooth or even a wire, adapter...

If you have a 2008 430, it has a Cascade 6112 radio. The cascade is bluetooth capable for phone calls. it will not stream music. Do you have a cable in the glovebox? If so, the cable has the old style Apple 30 pin connector and is used for connecting an ipod. If no cable, it can be added in 10 minutes.

    1. If you have the cable, connect an older style ipod and hit the "media" button. If the ipod doesn't show in "media" you have to set it up in settings (upper left button). look for "external media" under one of the drop down menus. To use a newer iphone or ipod, you can purchase an adapter that makes the 30 pin connector into a newer style lightening connector for the newer iphone 5/6.

    2. if you don't have a cable, you can buy one off of ebay for $121.00 (search for becker or get one from becker autosound) Its a simple install of removing the radio using keys and plugging the connector into the back of the radio. And then making sure external media is checked in the radio settings

Of course all the above is relevant if you are talking about a 2008 430...)
