Also good news for Button who won his first GP in the rain.

Not so good news for others...;)

Thing is how do think the BrawnGP-flyer will handle in the wet..I agree that Button is good in the wet.

But!! I have read there is a disadvantage to running KERS in Malaysia - cooling is critical in the humid heat of Sepang, and KERS demands extra heat rejection.

The Brawn GP will be even more dominant in the wet for a series of reasons:

    - downforce will be even more critical and having that diffuser will be even more important
    - the Brawn GP is evenly balanced (using the KERS weight for optimized distribution), very important in slippery conditions
    - the extra 80 hp from KERS are useless in the rain

Add to that the fact, that both pilots are good in the rain, meaning have won in the rain and you're looking at another 1-2.

    Go Brawn!

Nice, I really hope your right, and we see a JB v RB battle up front, if Rubino gets a good start..:)

I'am wondering how much the best of the rest have caught up though, Vettel, Kubica, even Trulli Rosberg is showing some pace as well, the SC did reduce the Brawn lead In Aus, so it's hard to tell how much they would have been ahead, but on the whole I think we will have a Brawn 1-2 again.

There was no chance to catch up on anything. The cars got loaded onto the plane in Melbourne and will be back at Sepang. Unchanged.

The only "catching up" possible was an ice cold shower for the screw ups from Australia: Kubica, Vettel, Trulli, Raikkoenen and Domenicali

Piquet probably got a cold shower as well, but that won't change a thing. He doesn't do it on purpose, he just can't be any better...

PS: I hope I'm right, because I'd love to see Brawn run away with the WDC.

I think it's good for F1 to have a new winners besides the usual suspects. Brawn is a genius, and if anyone doubted what he could do, well this is why they're wrong. Also, both Jenson and Rubens deserve a good car. Jenson deserves a chance to show what he can do in a race winning car, and Rubens deserves a chance to win races without stipulation - albeit mostly it was just the fact that Michael was quicker. I'm very excited for this season, because we also have teams like Redbull, Williams, and Toyota that have risen from the ashes somewhat. I'm also curious to see how Ferrari and Mclaren can respond.

    :D

i just met Kimi and Felipe in person about 2 hours ago in Kuala Lumpur. waited about 1 hour to get a glimpse of them. They signed a few caps, and Ferrari models, and it will all go under the hammer, in bid to raise funds to help some orphanages here.

I must add, Kimi looked terrible. Massa, meanwhile, looked comfortable, and really confident. They're both very short people too :D Mark Arnall, Kimi's personal trainer showed up as well.

Some chinese chic screamed 'Kimi i love you' when Kimi walked past, and i must say, he did look embarassed. Massa just smiled and gave the thumbs up.

However, we were not allowed to get autographs or pics with them. i have some shots i'll post later. They were rushing for another PR event, and the autograph sessions will only be on Saturday.

    Nice one Brian..;)

What do think it was with Kimi, is the fact he has dropped some weight or is it the climate and travel he does not care for.

Post your pic's when you can mate.:)
