I would think so as well.

I think you could do several things.

    1. Use spacer blocks under the springs
    2. Tighten the springs to achieve the height.

    Kinda out of order perhaps.

You might also want to consider that the shock length might restrict how "high" you can go, which is probably the case.

I would review Koni's web site and others and see if they have an application that would work. You could probably modify the shock top as well or modify the shock mounts.

Good luck to you with your project

    My question.

Shouldn't you know what you are doing before you try it???

    Thanks for the reply.

The Limo is currently sitting very well but one of our sponsors wants to load it up with promo stuff for the gumball rally , We will get round to stripping the suspension down in a couple of weeks , Just thought I could save some time by asking in case there was some tech guy on here who had worked on the suspension set ups on these cars.

There seems to be a few negatiive people on this site.

I cant imagine that you have done all the body and chassis work that the picture reflects without doing something to the std. 360 suspension which would suggest that an enquiry to the folks that did the body work and the rest of the make over might be a good approach.

I don't really care about that, it's his car he can burn it in the town square for all I care. What I don't like is he had 12 posts and every one was hyping his 360 Limo with a link to his Limo service. Can't seem to stop talking about it.

    Typical Troll.

    Maybe sponsorship is in order?

    Dan,

Many of the folks on this forum -- like me -- love these cars to the extent that seeing a "limo" version of a 360 just hurts. Speaking for myself, it made me sad to see the car I have chopped like this. While we're on the topic, I have a Cayenne too... also limo'ed by your company!

If you've been watching this forum for any amount of time you'll notice the types of the modifications we discuss include things like exhaust systems, wheels and carbon fiber bits. Typically nothing done changes the exterior lines of the car as many of us consider them pretty much perfect the way they leave the factory.

    Frank

ps. Are you going to put a hottub in there?

I think he has gotten himself into "hot water" already!

    Your comments are well taken.

Where's the photo of your Porsche limo?

LOL My rental firm is in the UK so wont really apeal to most on this forum as most of you are in america , The reason for posting on this site was its about Ferraris , I am working on one And thought somewhere along the line I would need some tech Help as I dont know everything. Most forums I use are very helpfull and the people that visit them are always enthusiastic to talk about the relavent topics and accasionally something different comes along . I thought that the ferrari limo was one of those different topics. I have found over the past few months the negativity comes from old farts , and people who cant afford ferraris but the guys who actually own 360's ++++ 430 etc dont have a problem.

One thing has come from this , The 360 limo was my first ever ferrari , And I am now in Love ,I will be selling my Gallardo spyder this summer and replacing it with a F430 Spyder in Black .

Please dont think we are stupid and dont know about the suspension I only asked as this is what forums are for and there's always someone out there with that bit extra knowledge.

As much as you dont like it theres plenty that do, Crazy limos demand high$$$$$$$$$$ and that where we get the money to buy the nice cars we drive. Burger flippers dont drive Lambos and ferraris.

I am sure most people agree you have every right to do what you wish with your property and if also a successful business, so much the better. Taking you at your word, you did come to the right place.
I read nothing that makes me believe you deserve disrespect. Enjoy your business and your new Ferrari(s). Best

And exactly how many is that ? And how many 430´s you think will be made ?

Stupid comment imo, especially from a 18 year old kid.

Wrong post in a Ferrari enthusiast forum! We cherish these cars. Most of us look down on simple mods like aftermarket wheels let alone stretching an f car to a limo. That's why you're getting negative remarks.
