I had a similar thing on my car when I bought it. A previous owner had removed the GTSi badge and attached a chrome horse from the centre console right in the middle of the fuse panel cover. I had the same issue being RHD, no second hand ones available. It was one of the first things I returned to original after purchasing the car along with other delightful enhancements such as the large carbon fibre look Momo gear knob and Momo step plates. It's a very easy piece to recover, I took it down to my local trim supply shop and bought some black vinyl with matching grain , peel off the old vinyl, some 3M spray contact and your good to go. I doubt an upholsterer would charge much to do the whole job if you don't want to tackle it yourself

Thanks Lloyd and wildcat, my worry is removing the refitting the two Texan fasteners. These are hard to find. Will try eurospares

Funny thing is in 2.5 years I hadn't thought about that badge or realised it was not correct until now, now all I want to do is rip it off as if it was a cancerous tumour!

The really strange thing is, had Ferrari fitted a badge there originally at the factory, then everyone would be complaining if it was missing!

(Okay, maybe not everyone, but a good proportion would I suspect! )
