    Canadian Joe who in Austria told me on Instagram the other day that his tech programmed the buzzer... Both our cars are euro 550s coming from Italy as they are not only buildt there like the rest, but are sold new in Italy to Italians as the first owner. He say the buzzer goes away when he press the immobilizer button on the remote. Mine does not do that. Mine only warn about seat belt not attached. As far as I know. Now I have to check again. :)

    I bet (hope) it is a seatbelt thing, that makes sense.

    It is odd that it got very very feint a few times occasionally here and there before it stopped working completely. I just pray it is not related to an overall concern.

    Closing the loop on this.

    Whilst flipping through the workshop manual I stumbled upon this…
    It was…a seatbelt alarm !

    (Nothing to do with the system check !)
