Was the above ever clarified? @dinogtss claimed to have a Maranello Concessionaires documented GTS with Campagnolo wheels but no flares.

 

Or perhaps did Maranello Concessionaires just supply the wheels for a standard bodied car?

Is the above correct?

 

I think that this is the most likely explanation, short of any factory documentation.
