Rats chewed my car !!

Parked In the same garage for 15 years. Suddenly rats got in and went on the offensive. Gnawed this wire. Its like a co- axial cable with an insulated inner core and an outer. These wires are on both left and right of the spare wheel well so I suspect brake wear sensor or ABS. Car is 328 1989 with ABS. Showing the unchewed side in the pic. Do you know what it is ?

Warer also just runs out on the floor if I fill the windshield washer bottle. On my BMW they gnawed a hole in the bottle. Are these bottles scarce or a fiat part ? They chomped the windshield washer hoses too.

Also co incidence ? ( Rats seemed to avoid the hoses containing coolant), but shes leaking as in pic all along sill on left side of car. Dreaded long heater hose ?
