    I’m in Sydney, can anyone recommend a professional company that can finish a Magnesium wheel, I’ve haven’t had a good experience and was told they could do the works, 12 months later in dry storage they have started to show corrosion

    I don't in Sydney. Magnesium is a huge problem to paint as you've found out. The trick to it is after the wheels are blasted you've some two hours or so to get this on as a primer:

    My suggestion would be to speak with a painter in the aviation industry.
