Can anyone recommend a procedure for getting my locks (348 door and ignition) re-keyed. I had a break-in at home and one of the things they took was the spare set of car keys. Ironically I was lucky in that the the car is out getting a major.

I just called the dealer about my daily driver and they want $600 to do that car. I'm dreading what the F-car might cost. Is there a locksmith that could do this job? Or is it a Ferrari parts change?

    Thanks.

You can get it as a kit from Ricambi America for $533 and it looks like it comes with the doors too. Let me know if you need to get it installed. It's not too bad. Good Luck those theives are a pain.

One of my daughter's cars was broken into once with her extra key in it, a Honda Civic and it was going to be over $700 to re-key it, since they didn't have the fob, I just figured I'd take a chance.

    So far, no problems.

If they want your car, they won't need a key to get it.
