    I recently had the rubber door seal I purchased from re-originals installed.
    Now my doors don't want to close. My mechanic tells me "it will compress",
    but after several weeks, I dont see it.
    In the process, in order to install the seal, the rear view mirror was removed.
    During this, the plastic piece that moves the day/night adj was broken. The
    mechanics did clean the inside of the mirror and it looks as new now, short
    of the broken plastic part.
    So one step forward...two steps back in the search for the perfect old car.....
    any help offered?????????

    You may be able to scrounge the mirror bits from an Alfa mirror of the same vintage or even newer. The Outside dimensions of the mirrors are different, but the guts look the same to me.

    Try international auto parts.

    If that doesn't work, Good luck, I think I've seen one mirror in 3 years.

    I have a NOS mirror for sale, I have it lying around from a inventory of Ferrari parts that I bought a long time ago.
    It must be worth $500
