    A 'spoiler' is anything in the thread/article that will give away results of an event or what happened during an event/event weekend.

    Folks may Tivo, tape, or watch things at a later date, and they don't want to know what happens in the event, let alone the results ahead of time, which would SPOIL the event when they go to watch it later.

    (someone asked me what a spoiler was, even though it's stickied, I thought I'd post this).
