Hi to everyone !! I live in Athens, Greece. I love the Ferrari 599GTB and I have found one used with the color combination I love the most. (Red exterior/tan interior). Model year 7/2007 with ceramic brakes and only 15.000 km. Price is EUR 180.000 (A new one costs EUR 320.000 in Greece) I believe is a pretty good deal. I would like to ask any 599 owner, what do I have to check at the car before I buy it. This is going to be my first Ferrari. Thank you.
hahaha. Stop watching too much CNN ;-) (No offense...!!!) The 599 had 2 inspections at the Ferrari Dealer in Athens in 4 years. Is it normal?

I have noticed that a some very rare GTB's have the central tunnel of the diffuser black and just the sides painted in body color. In my opinion, that's best look you can have on the GTB rear diffusor. I think that can be done in a body shop. That can make your car look really great. I've never understood why GTB's didn't come stock like this, a la F430/360
yeah yeah I know. like on the aperta. Fully painted. Ask a body shop to paint the central tunnel in black. I will look great.
Hello, I have a 599 GTB from November 2007. I got it at 17500km in Novemer 2010, and she has 32300km now. It is my 1rst Ferrari. When I bought it, I requested to the seller to pay for a full Ferrari inspection and review, with oil, filters... Let's do it. Ferrari's recommendation : 1 review per year, with oil... And 1 review each 20000 kms. what is about the warranty? Can you get a Ferrari guarranty ? Your price seems to be quite expensiven, but it depends on the local market and taxes. Spare parts can be expensive and you have to make check the compression, the state of the clutch and CCM brakes, and possible leaks from the water cooler (+2000 euros + about 7 hours of labor) due to some original weld defects. Ferrari should be able to check and give a status on the car and kms..., Be careful on the interior of the wheels, because they can be damaged easily, as there is not a lot gum between the 20" challenge rims and the road... (1700 euro the rim, but you can find selts of wheels on eBay...) I appreciate this car all days... She is very pleasant and confortable for a sport car... It is a very good car...! Good luck,

I have checked yesterday the following Black 599. Although, not my favorite color, but it was awesome in person. What do you think? Looks Great ! Personnaly I'm not a fan of the star wheels. The challenge look so much better. Anyway, that can be changed latter. Interior is beautiful.
Mine is Nero over tan. The seats are little different. I love it. I think the tan interior is beautiful and on this car I prefer black. (My F430 was red and I loved it). The Ferrari will make a nice contrast to the plain, IMHO, BMW interiors.
