    Well

    I am having a difficulty time justifying the prices for homes. It's not that I can't afford the location, I am at the point were I repeat to myself.

    I can't believe they want that much for that house. ( although my home is up there, I certainly didn't pay that much)

    So do you drive 1 hr and 40 to the office one way every day or, do you spend the coin
    to get a a comparable home.

    That is a lot of gas.
    That is a lot of vacations.
    That can add few more Ferraris
    I can save a lot on taxes.

    Paul - stay in the city.

    we had the same discussion yrs ago .... the traffic from Nov - april would all but kill me during these months of challenging weather. Couple the road construction from May - Oct 31st and this drive becomes longer.

    I look at it as time is my most valuable product....time i will never get back, and losing 3hrs a day in a car for even 2 days a week - would just be difficult...let alone a 4 day or 5 day week.

    the call is yours of course....but i would personally stay close by.
