Really funny email exchange between myself and idiot realtor!

Thanks Wax for adding some clarity to this thread after it got a little muddy!

 

Very true, but there was no number listed on the ad! No number ever offered. The first communications were funny enough for me, but a phone call might be necessary at this point, lol

Might put my stop in where the entry was made and let this sucker ride. But it is bouncing off of resistance right now, hopefully it pushes through.

 

I respectfully disagree. The real estate agent and I both knew exactly which property we were discussing the entire time. On this point there is no confusion. So if people reading this thread got confused, that's of on consequence. My intent was absolutely sincere from the beginning, I just decided to have a little fun after I realized this person was set on clowning around a little instead of being more serious. Honestly, who in their right mind thinks that describing a listing as being 'dorm-like' is a good thing? Another thing, they said the property was on Tulane's campus. This was a stretch. The property is 2 blocks from my current living situation, so I knew this person was trying to jerk my chain. I jerked back! Hence two reasons to show why this person handled himself like an idiot. If I had called him a 'dunce' would it have been any different? He wouldn't describe the layout, wouldn't answer my basic questions, and tried to slightly mislead me on the location of the property.
