REALLY slow lately

Everyone must be on vacation. not me, im working 13-14 hrs everyday, im pooped, but money must be earned.

 

caterer, the other day i was up at 1:15 in the morning and working till 5 in the evening at the Governer of New Jersey mansion. That was a fun day.

 

I dont work every day though, that was my tougest couple of days. I generally only work maybe once or twice every two weeks, but each time its 9 to 11 hrs just because i have to set up (3 to 4 hrs),food prep (1 to 2 hrs), serve (2 to 3 depending on occasions), and clean up (another 3 to 4 hrs). Its worth 11 dollars an hour though.
