Rear Boot or Trunk Lid Covering

Hi:
Does anyone know what that fabric is that is supposed to be on the inside of the rear boot (trunk) lid? My car is an "M" series and the bodyparts book has this material as Ferrari part number 0200474. Any ideas where I can buy it and how it is installed? Spray adhesive?

 

It is black felt and held in place with spray adhesive. I bought a roll of it but that was way back in around 2012 and unfortunately when I sold my cars all the paperwork showing where I sourced it went with them. I don't think it is hard to find though and I'm pretty sure Henk Van Lith at HVL interiors was most likely my source.
