    Most Boxers tend to have the rear bumper ends missing. Any one out there with them still on? Please post some pictures.

    The end caps were being reproduced by Verell from unobtanium supply in the 308 section. I gave him a sample 10 years ago and he ran off a batch but im not sure if he makes them anymore.

    Hi Newman,

    Still unobtanium as unobtanium never made that part. He tells me he made some sort of a cap for the front spoiler/bumper connection.

    I have some old pics of my BBi and it still has them it seems. The car is in storage so no access for now...

    Still dont know what you want. Point to the part with your finger. I bet its the end caps that cover the U channel pushed onto the bumper lip.

    Spoke to him today and he stated that he never did. Maybe forgot? Only remembers the front spoiler to fender part. Mentioned you but he still insisted he has never made that part but willing to make a mold of one.

    If it wasn't Verell (I was sure it was, too), it may have been samsaprunoff.

    I have one of those sets, waiting to go onto 42849 when it's ready.

    Verell had them machined not moulded, you could see the cutter marks in them. I have a few left of the ones he made and I can have them copied. I need more anyway.

    I thought they are from the rear only? Or do both the rear and front bumper strip U-channel takes them?
    Any pics of various angles would be helpful...

    Newman's correct, I do supply this part, & yes they're machined from Delrin(tm).
    They're in my catalog as: BOXER FENDER TRIM

    I'm sorry, somehow I thought it was the spoiler meeting the fender U-channel, not the bumper.
