What services have been done recently? Has coolant and gearbox oil been changed?

360s are known to have issues with leaks to the gearbox heat exchanger that can result in coolant and gearbox oil becoming co-mingled. This could produce the symptoms you describe and if left unchecked would destroy the gearbox.

    Welcome to Earth.

They're called "stealerships" for a reason.

Drain the transaxle oil to make sure that there is no coolant mixed in there (heat exhanger issue). This should be expensive, just the cost of the oil plus crush washers. Once you are down there, check the mounts.
